Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal guidance across Supply Chain, Sustainability, HR, SHE, and R&D functions.
- Manage litigation related to labor, employment, and environment compliance.
- Ensure legal compliance for manufacturing setups, expansions, and sustainability initiatives.
- Partner with HR to draft and implement policies on rewards, social security benefits, and employment frameworks.
- Draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements with third parties.
- Implement compliance tools and frameworks for efficient legal risk management.
- Liaise with regulatory and statutory authorities when necessary.
- Proactively identify legal risks, propose pragmatic solutions, and spot business opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years in a fast-paced corporate environment, with exposure to scaled manufacturing setups.
- Strong expertise in legal drafting, policy development, and commercial agreement negotiation.
- Proven ability to provide strategic, business-aligned legal advice.
- Excellent understanding of Indian compliance frameworks for supply chain and manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Full-time Degree in Law (LLB).
- Experience handling corporate litigation and commercial agreements.
- Expertise in compliance frameworks, regulatory laws, and sustainability standards.
