🎯 Key Responsibilities
Plant Operation & Monitoring
- Monitor and operate Resid Fluid Catalytic Cracking (RFCC) units as per Refinery and Chemical Plant Operating Manuals.
- Work under the guidance of Sr. Panel Operator and Shift Supervisor following IMS procedures.
- Perform routine process checks, data analysis, and parameter adjustments to maintain process stability.
Safety, Surveillance & Vigilance
- Apply strong surveillance and vigilance skills for early detection of operational issues.
- Maintain high level of concentration and anticipation in operations to prevent risks.
- Participate in Firefighting, First Aid, BA (Breathing Apparatus), and H2S safety training programs.
Decision-Making & Team Collaboration
- Exercise limited decision-making authority within defined procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with the operations team to ensure smooth plant performance and compliance with safety standards.
🔧 Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in DCS and Panel Operations.
- Strong analytical skills for operational monitoring and problem-solving.
- Good basic arithmetic and data interpretation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Experience
- Minimum of 7 years operating relevant units in Refinery or Chemical Plants.
- Experience in RFCC unit operation is highly advantageous.
Educational Background
- Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent.
- 2 Years Technical Training or equivalent qualification.
- Good English communication skills (oral and reading).
- Firefighting, First Aid, BA, and H2S safety certifications.
