Key Responsibilities
Mechanical Maintenance & Repairs
- Perform routine and corrective mechanical maintenance of equipment such as pumps, compressors, valves, heat exchangers, and pipelines
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement effective repair solutions
- Ensure maintenance activities are in line with ADNOC GAS O&M’s safety and quality standards
Preventive Maintenance & Inspections
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure asset reliability and operational integrity
- Carry out detailed mechanical inspections and condition monitoring
- Log maintenance activities accurately in CMMS
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with ADNOC O&M standards and legal requirements
- Participate in safety audits and risk assessments
Team Collaboration & Reporting
- Work in coordination with multidisciplinary teams including electrical and instrumentation technicians
- Report mechanical system performance and maintenance status to supervisors
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems used in oil & gas facilities
- Proficient in using CMMS and industrial maintenance tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and mechanical schematics
Minimum Qualifications
- Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in oil & gas or heavy industry
- Sound understanding of HSE practices
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Fluent in English
