Key Responsibilities
HSE Program Development & Implementation
- Develop and implement HSE programs, strategies, and procedures aligned with ADNOC’s safety policies
- Ensure integration of HSE requirements in all phases of gas operations
Compliance & Risk Management
- Monitor regulatory compliance and internal policy adherence
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation measures
Training & Awareness
- Design and deliver HSE training sessions and awareness campaigns
- Mentor and support operational teams on HSE best practices
Auditing & Reporting
- Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and site visits
- Prepare detailed reports on safety performance, incidents, and near misses
- Provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
Emergency Response & Sustainability
- Participate in developing and testing emergency response plans
- Support sustainability initiatives and HSE innovation projects
Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and industrial safety practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and training delivery skills
- Proficient in using HSE software tools and reporting systems
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry
