Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – SAP FICO, you will:
- Lead and deliver SAP FICO implementations, including full-cycle and support projects.
- Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and design effective system solutions.
- Facilitate workshops to collect requirements and map them to SAP processes.
- Configure and test FI/CO modules (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Costing, Profitability Analysis).
- Handle CIN-related requirements and ensure compliance for Indian clients.
- Ensure seamless integration of FICO with MM, SD, HR, Payroll, TRM, PS, and PM modules.
- Develop custom product modifications to satisfy client needs.
- Identify gaps, propose enhancements, and implement best practices.
- Act as a mentor for junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Key Skills Required
- SAP FICO Expertise: GL, AR, AP, Cash & Bank, Asset Accounting, Profit Center & Cost Center Accounting.
- CIN (Country India Version) knowledge is mandatory.
- Integration Experience: FI with MM, SD, HR, Payroll, TRM, PS, PM.
- Financial Supply Chain Management experience.
- Hands-on S/4HANA exposure (preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead workshops and client meetings.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 6–9 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
- At least 2 full-cycle implementations (end-to-end).
- Prior domain experience in Finance & Controlling is a plus.
- Strong ability to work in team-oriented environments.
- Willingness to travel short- or long-term for client engagements.
