Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Oracle EPM Cloud solutions for Hyperion Planning and Budgeting.
- Design, code, and maintain scripting processes to enhance financial planning workflows.
- Collaborate with business analysts and finance teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Support end-to-end EPM lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize and troubleshoot Hyperion Planning applications to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Maintain documentation for developed solutions, including functional and technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to TCS standards, governance, and best practices during all phases of development.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (minimum 5 years).
- Expertise in Hyperion Planning and Budgeting modules.
- Proficiency in scripting languages relevant to EPM development.
- Understanding of financial planning processes and FP&A workflows.
- Knowledge of data integration and reporting in Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in onshore/offshore and Agile team environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent technical degree.
- Proven track record in Oracle EPM Hyperion development and implementation.
