- Proficient in using TURNOVER change management tools.
- Strong application support experience: incident management, problem resolution, and request fulfillment.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to understand existing applications and implement improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with business and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage the application support lifecycle.
