✅ Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple tasks across contract manufacturer sites and programs ensuring on-time delivery of NPI engineering build equipment.
• Manage Build readiness activities, including BOM data readiness and tracking for suppliers & Contract Manufacturers (CM).
• Validate Procurement to Payment (P2P) cycle data and ensure accurate logistics paperwork for customs, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Efficiently handle complex global logistics and customs clearance, working closely with overseas vendors and contract manufacturers.
• Utilize PLM systems, SAP, MS Excel, and Tableau for accurate data management and reporting.
• Provide weekly status reports, flag issues proactively, and suggest corrective actions to eliminate roadblocks.
• Take ownership of all logistics tasks and outcomes, ensuring adherence to best practices and operational efficiency.

🛠️ Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience in logistics coordination within hardware manufacturing or custom instrumentation procurement.
• Proficiency in data management systems (PLM systems, SAP, MS Excel, Tableau).
• Demonstrated expertise in handling global logistics and customs operations.
• Ability to work effectively with overseas contract manufacturers and vendors.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-task projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent degree.
