Key Responsibilities
- Develop advanced Power Systems application software solutions focused on SCADA and EMS (GE Reliance) systems.
- Design, code, test, integrate, tune, and deliver high-performance software applications in the electric power domain.
- Collaborate closely with electric utilities, Independent System Operators (ISOs), and Transmission System Operators (TSOs).
- Perform application tuning and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Ensure seamless integration of software solutions with existing power system infrastructure.
- Document application design and test results for clear communication within engineering teams.
- Work in cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
Essential Skills and Expertise
- Proven experience in development and delivery of Power Systems application software.
- Hands-on expertise with SCADA and EMS systems, particularly GE Reliance solutions.
- Strong domain knowledge of electric power systems, utilities, ISOs, and TSOs.
- Proficiency in software designing, coding, integration, testing, and application tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for addressing complex system issues.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Programming expertise in C++, C#, and Java.
- Knowledge of Linux environments for application development.

Qualifications
