Key Responsibilities
- Implement end-to-end Oracle Cloud ARCS reconciliation solutions for medium to large-scale financial processes.
- Design and configure Group Reconciliation and Summary Reconciliation setups.
- Load GL, Sub-ledger, Bank files, and third-party data into ARCS.
- Set up periods, organizational units, custom attributes, profiles, and formats.
- Configure auto-match rules, match types, and run auto-match processes to ensure accurate reconciliation.
- Define and implement reconciliation compliance and transaction matching strategies.
- Develop and manage Oracle ARCS configurations, including data source setups, rule definitions, and workflow designs.
- Hands-on configuration of Cloud Data Management/FDMEE for seamless data integration.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure seamless ARCS solutions delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud ARCS Configuration and Implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Group Reconciliation, Summary Reconciliation, and Compliance setups.
- Proven track record in data integration: loading GL, Sub-ledger, Bank files, third-party data.
- Proficiency in Cloud Data Management (FDMEE).
- In-depth knowledge of auto-reconciliation rule setup and execution.
- Ability to configure match types, auto-match rules, and perform suggested match confirmations.
- Techno-functional mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in working within Agile project frameworks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant Oracle EPM ARCS configuration and implementation experience.
- Willingness to relocate to Mumbai MSAS or Bangalore MSAS.
