Key Responsibilities
- Implement secure-by-design principles for IT digital capabilities across the enterprise.
- Establish and enforce cybersecurity governance for IT technologies and platforms.
- Lead security research, proofs of concept (PoC), and technology evaluations for emerging cybersecurity solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more cybersecurity domains:
- Network Security
- Cloud Security
- Endpoint Security
- Application Security
- Data Security
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and provide actionable mitigation strategies.
- Define cybersecurity architecture standards and guide implementation across IT solutions.
- Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to communicate cybersecurity risks and solutions effectively.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in network, cloud, endpoint, application, and data security.
- Understanding of cyber threat landscapes, including cybercrime and espionage threats.
- Experience administering and supporting cybersecurity technologies and operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work across teams and influence security practices in a global enterprise environment.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of cybersecurity experience with increasing responsibility.
- Technical proficiency in one or more cybersecurity domains.
- Understanding of security frameworks and risk management concepts.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with industry-standard cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain).
- Experience leading cybersecurity assessments including risk and vulnerability analysis.
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate across teams, cultures, and organizational levels.
- Track record of proactive security solutions, mitigation planning, and influencing cross-functional teams.
