✅ Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement secure authentication and authorization solutions using SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Entra ID.
- Integrate identity management solutions into enterprise applications and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.).
- Manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Federation configurations for client systems.
- Perform security assessments to ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Troubleshoot complex IAM issues, providing expert guidance and technical resolutions.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation for solution designs, configurations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce access controls and identity governance policies.
- Stay updated with evolving trends in Identity and Access Management technologies.
- Support security audits and deliver remediation recommendations.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
🎯 Required Skills & Experience
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) focusing on Authentication & Authorization protocols (SAML, OIDC).
- Practical experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity management and access control.
- Strong knowledge of security concepts, identity federation, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Experience integrating identity solutions with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Prior consulting experience is a strong plus.
🎓 Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications preferred:
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator
- CISSP or similar credentials
