💼 Key Responsibilities
As a SAP FICO Manager at Deloitte India, you will:
- Lead end-to-end implementations and upgrades in SAP FICO and SAP S/4HANA
- Manage key functional areas: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Product Costing
- Ensure integration of SAP FICO with MM, SD, and PS modules
- Handle India localization and Country India Version (CIN) compliance
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver value
- Manage project timelines, resources, and team performance
- Mentor junior consultants and lead delivery teams across SAP projects
- Deliver presentations, client demos, and solution workshops
- Align project outcomes with Deloitte’s quality and compliance standards
🧠 Core Skills & Expertise
✅ Functional Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules – GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, CO-PA
- Hands-on experience with Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
- Experience implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA projects
✅ Technical & Integration:
- Strong experience with cross-module integration (MM, SD, PS)
- Understanding of Indian statutory requirements (CIN, GST, etc.)
- Capability to write functional specs and guide technical teams
✅ Leadership & Soft Skills:
- Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills
- Team mentoring and project management capabilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing roles
🎓 Qualifications
- CA / MBA (Finance) / Cost Accountant or related finance qualifications
- 8–12 years of relevant SAP FICO consulting or managerial experience
- Experience working with Indian and global clients
- Willingness to travel for client engagements, both short and long term
