💼 Key Responsibilities
As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant at Deloitte India – Bengaluru, you will:
- Lead and deliver full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations
- Analyze current financial processes (AS-IS) and design optimized future-state (TO-BE) solutions
- Configure modules related to Record to Report (R2R), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Controlling (CO)
- Develop functional specifications and configuration documents
- Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD)
- Ensure compliance with India-specific taxation (CIN) and localization requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions
- Actively support SAP FICO upgrades, migrations, and enhancement projects
🧠 Required Skills & Expertise
✅ Core SAP FICO Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling modules
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA upgrade/migration projects
- Hands-on configuration of AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, Product Costing
- Experience with India Localization (CIN) and statutory requirements
✅ Functional & Technical Skills:
- End-to-end implementation experience in at least 1–2 S/4HANA projects
- Understanding of integration with other SAP modules
- Ability to write detailed Functional Specifications and Configuration Documents
- Strong understanding of financial business processes and workflows
✅ Other Competencies:
- Proven experience working with Indian clients
- Ability to manage small to large teams effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree: BE, BTech, MCA, MTech
- 6–9 years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience
- SAP FICO or S/4HANA certification is an added advantage
