Key Responsibilities
🛠 SAP CRM Implementation & Customization
- Deliver end-to-end SAP CRM C4C (Sales and Service Cloud) implementations and enhancements.
- Customize workflows, business roles, and layouts aligned with business requirements.
- Lead Agile development and sprint planning sessions.
🔄 Integration & Development
- Manage CRM-ECC integrations using HCI, PI, and OData services.
- Utilize ABAP, CDS, and BAPI for back-end development and embedded screen customizations.
- Develop APIs and configure middleware components for seamless connectivity.
🔍 Business Analysis & Process Design
- Conduct business requirement workshops and map client needs to SAP CRM capabilities.
- Analyze gaps in business processes and propose optimized technical solutions.
- Document functional designs, test cases, and integration scenarios.
🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration & Support
- Act as a technical advisor for both implementation and support phases.
- Train end-users and provide post-go-live support.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization)
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in SAP CRM implementations and support.
- At least 2 full-cycle CRM-ERP integration projects.
- Project Management Tools: JIRA, Confluence (Agile/Scrum environments)
- Key Technical Skills:
- SAP C4C
- Cloud SDK, OData, ABAP, BAPI
- Middleware tools: HCI, PI
- UI Customizations and CDS Views
Preferred Skills
- Web services development and system integration with SAP/non-SAP tools.
- Screen adaptation and report customization experience.
- Industry exposure to Sales, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, and Logistics processes.
