Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Oracle developers to deliver high-quality integration projects using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Provide expert technical guidance and promote continuous professional development within the team.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into robust Oracle OIC solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable integrations between Oracle Cloud and enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and business continuity.
- Create and enhance reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) to meet evolving business requirements.
- Develop technical solutions for data conversions, interfaces, and Oracle Cloud extensions to customize financial modules like AP, AR, GL, PA, FA, PO, and Cash Management.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges promptly, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Prepare detailed Technical Design Documents (TDD) and Unit Test Scripts to support development and testing phases.
- Stay updated on Oracle Cloud technology trends and recommend innovations to improve integration efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. Advanced degrees (MBA, PGDM) or certifications in Oracle technologies are a plus.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Financial Modules, BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS development.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with experience guiding Oracle development teams.
- Strong project management capabilities, including resource planning, prioritization, and delivery management (DevOps knowledge preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to develop technical solutions aligned to business needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-changing work environment while managing multiple projects efficiently.
- Proficiency in technical documentation preparation including TDD, test scripts, and user manuals.
