Key Responsibilities

Generative AI Model Development

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced generative AI models and conversational chatbots tailored to client needs.
• Utilize NLP techniques and frameworks such as Lang Chain and LLMs for language model development.

AI Solution Engineering & Deployment

• Implement AI/ML algorithms using Python and related libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Develop web applications and APIs using Flask, Django, or FastAPI for seamless AI integration.

Cloud Platform Expertise

• Deploy AI applications on cloud platforms including Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and AWS.
• Manage cloud-based AI workflows ensuring scalability and performance.

Data Science & Analytics

• Conduct data preprocessing, exploratory analysis, and modeling to extract actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven AI solutions.

Thought Leadership & Client Engagement

• Provide expert guidance on generative AI trends, best practices, and adoption strategies.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Generative AI, AI/ML, or Data Science roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Expertise in NLP, large language models (LLMs), and generative AI architectures.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: GCP, Azure, AWS.
• Knowledge of web application frameworks like Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Experience in deep learning techniques including CNNs, GANs, Transformers, and encoder-decoder models.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with Lang Chain, Langraph, and conversational AI/chatbot development.
• Understanding of deploying AI models in hybrid and cloud-native environments.
• Familiarity with statistics and data-driven decision-making in AI projects.
