Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead and manage full lifecycle Teamcenter PLM implementations, migrations, and upgrades aligned with business goals.
• Define project scope, deliverables, detailed plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications, including escalation handling.
• Conduct regular project reviews and status reporting to ensure on-time delivery.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and deliver solution presentations.
• Drive user adoption through effective communication, training, and change management strategies.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams comprising functional, technical, testing, and support members.
• Monitor task assignments, resource utilization, and team performance to meet project milestones.

PLM and Technical Expertise

• Guide implementation of Teamcenter modules including BOM Management, Change Management, Workflow, Classification, MPP, Schedule Manager, and Teamcenter Quality.
• Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, BMIDE updates, CAD integrations, and data migration.
• Manage integrations of Teamcenter with ERP systems like SAP, MES (Opcenter), and CAD tools such as NX, CATIA, and Creo.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of PLM experience with at least 3 years in Teamcenter project management roles.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter Unified Architecture (UA) and core modules.
• Proficiency in project management tools: MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum are preferred.
• Industry experience in aerospace, automotive, industrial machinery, or life sciences is a plus.

Desirable Skills

• Experience managing multi-vendor environments and cross-functional global teams.
• Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Exposure to Teamcenter PLM SaaS, Active Workspace, and Cloud deployments enhances your profile.
