Responsibilities

As a Senior Oracle Integration Cloud Consultant at Deloitte India, your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of developers and coordinating their efforts to ensure successful project delivery.
• Providing technical mentorship and guidance to team members to foster skill development.
• Collaborating with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle OIC technical solutions.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable integration solutions connecting Oracle Cloud Financial Modules with other enterprise applications.
• Developing reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) to meet business intelligence needs.
• Handling data conversions, customizations, and interfaces to extend Oracle Cloud functionality.
• Preparing detailed Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and Unit Test Scripts to guide development and testing.
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues and ensuring high-quality, timely resolution.
• Staying abreast of emerging Oracle technologies, trends, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Financial Modules, and Oracle reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS).
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financial Modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Project Accounting (PA), Fixed Assets (FA), Purchasing (PO), and Cash Management.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring technical teams.
• Excellent project management abilities, including resource planning, timeline setting, and delivery oversight.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, PGDM, CA) are advantageous.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities.
