Key Responsibilities

As a Senior SAP EAM/PM Consultant at Deloitte India, you will:

• Lead configuration, implementation, and optimization of the SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module based on client business requirements.
• Analyze and enhance business processes around maintenance planning, execution, and reporting.
• Support seamless integration of SAP PM with related modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Quality Management (QM).
• Gather functional requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for customizations.
• Provide end-user training, develop user manuals, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Troubleshoot system issues and offer robust production support.
• Participate actively in cutover planning, system testing, data migration, and Go-Live support.
• Collaborate closely with ABAP developers to implement custom enhancements.
• Ensure project delivery within timelines and maintain high-quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience working with SAP PM module in full-cycle implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM objects: maintenance orders, notifications, task lists, maintenance plans, equipment, and functional locations.
• Proven experience with SAP module integration: MM (Materials), FI (Finance), and CO (Controlling).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients and teams effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (B.Sc), Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or related field.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements (both short-term and long-term).
