π Responsibilities
As a Supply Planner β Catalyst S&OE at ExxonMobil Bangalore, you will:
π¦ Supply & Demand Planning
- Lead consistent execution of supply planning processes across regional units
- Analyze demand plans, supply forecasts, lead times, and inventory reports
- Monitor and correct deviations to ensure accurate supply-demand alignment
- Coordinate turnaround planning activities for chemical catalysts and materials
π Operational Execution
- Place requisitions and manage procurement, ordering, and delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (EMTech, Procurement, EMPS, Upstream)
- Execute security of supply mitigation plans
- Manage returns of contingency materials post-usage
π Continuous Improvement
- Recommend enhancements to the supply planning process based on real-world data
- Provide performance insights through analytics and visualization tools
- Support integration of S&OE practices into broader S&OP frameworks
β Skills & Qualifications
π Education & Background
- Bachelorβs in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Applied Math, or Statistics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply planning or demand forecasting
- Prior experience in Oil & Gas, FMCG, Chemicals, or Manufacturing preferred
π Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SAP ERP, SAP IBP/APO, and Excel
- Knowledge of data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, Power Query
- Familiarity with S&OP / S&OE processes and planning metrics
