As a Demand Planner – Inventory at ExxonMobil Bangalore, your responsibilities will include:

• Drive Supply Planning: Execute supply planning activities across business units and turnaround cycles.
• Analyze Data for Demand Planning: Interpret data like demand forecasts, supply plans, lead times, and inventory levels to recognize and address deviations.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with EMTech, EMPS, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Manage Security of Supply: Place requisitions and reservations to fulfill the supply plan while mitigating supply risks.
• Vendor & Delivery Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and third-party representatives to ensure timely delivery and proper storage.
• Return & Contingency Material Handling: Oversee returns of contingency inventory as per plan.
• Continuous Process Improvement: Recommend optimizations in supply planning based on real-world execution insights.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of planning activities, supply issues, and resolution paths.
• Compliance & Communication: Ensure internal compliance while maintaining strong communication with internal and external teams.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Applied Mathematics/Statistics.
• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in demand planning or supply chain roles (Oil & Gas industry preferred).
