Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and maintain downhole tools, ensuring operational readiness and reliability.

- Serve as primary liaison with clients, providing updates and addressing operational concerns.
- Mentor and train junior staff, promoting skill development and safety awareness.
- Plan, organize, and delegate tasks to optimize resource utilization and meet project objectives.
- Maintain detailed documentation, reports, and records related to field operations and interventions.
- Participate actively in safety meetings and promote a culture of safety across the team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in oil and gas field operations with a focus on fishing and downhole tool management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in challenging operational environments.
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools used in well intervention planning and execution.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team coordination.
- Deep understanding of HSE policies and experience working in remote, on-call field environments.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
