Key Responsibilities
- Perform highly skilled maintenance, repair, and overhaul of rotary equipment including pumps (single & multistage), steam and gas turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, and turbo machinery.
- Conduct routine maintenance on static equipment across refinery process units such as Refinery 1 & 2, RFCC, Condensate Refinery, Utilities/Offsites, Tank Farm, Berth#6, BSV3, and Hamad International Airport Station C1.
- Create and manage work permits using the RIS system, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a multinational work environment to maintain equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, and maintenance planning.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 8 years’ hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within refinery, oil & gas, or petrochemical plants.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical rotary equipment including pumps, turbines, compressors, and related machinery.
- Proficient in English communication (oral and written), minimum level 5.
- Experienced in using maintenance and permit systems like RIS, along with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural and safety-driven environment.
Educational Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Technology from a recognized technical institution.
