Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of process and utility systems to ensure smooth and efficient oil and gas production.
- Monitor operational performance and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with production station and field engineers.
- Control and authorize work execution as a permit controller using the electronic Permit to Work (e-PTW) system.
- Liaise effectively with cross-functional teams to meet corporate production targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Provide guidance and leadership to operations personnel to maintain high productivity and safety levels.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in oil and gas production process operations, preferably including offshore experience.
- Strong understanding of production systems and utilities in large oil and petrochemical organizations.
- Proficient in permit control systems, especially electronic Permit to Work (e-PTW).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to operational safety and compliance.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Additional certifications or training in operations management or safety procedures are advantageous.
