Key Responsibilities
- Perform skilled maintenance and repairs on stationary equipment including:
- Boilers, heat exchangers, water treatment plants
- Marine/crude loading arms
- Piping systems and valves (excluding control valves)
- Firefighting systems, heaters, vessels, columns, reactors, furnaces
- Ensure operational reliability and safety standards are maintained across all assigned equipment.
- Use RIS system to create and manage work permits efficiently.
- Utilize SAP for maintenance management and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multi-national environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and maintenance activities.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies strictly during all tasks.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience within refinery, oil & gas, or petrochemical industries.
- Extensive knowledge of stationary equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong English communication skills (level 5 or above in oral and written).
- Experience working in multi-national, multicultural teams.
- Proficient in computer use for permits and documentation (RIS system, SAP, MS Office).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Technology or related field.
- Additional certifications related to refinery equipment maintenance are a plus.
