Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed corrective maintenance work orders including work plans, task lists, and required materials.
- Identify appropriate sequencing and timing for tasks within maintenance work orders.
- Support Maintenance Schedulers in coordinating external resources for scheduled campaign maintenance.
- Ensure maintenance planning aligns with safety and operational standards, especially for safety-critical equipment.
- Manage and foster strong relationships with maintenance contractors and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
- Monitor deferral processes and maintenance/repair strategies for critical oil & gas equipment.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to safe working practices, including lifting operations.
- Collaborate closely with Dukhan operations teams to support effective maintenance management.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in oil and gas industry maintenance, with at least 3 years focused on maintenance planning.
- Proficient in SAP CMMS PM and Microsoft Excel for maintenance scheduling and reporting.
- Deep understanding of safety-critical equipment and deferral processes in oil & gas maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of safe working practices, risk assessment, and contractor management.
- Proven ability to coordinate with maintenance contractors and OEMs, especially in Dukhan operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering-related discipline from an accredited institution.
