Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the implementation of infrastructure projects in line with QatarEnergy’s standards and methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with VP Directorate and internal/external stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Lead project lifecycle phases including design, construction, and commissioning of infrastructure assets.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and quality standards throughout project execution.
- Apply strong project management and supervisory skills to monitor progress and resolve challenges.
- Manage time and resources efficiently to meet tight schedules and deadlines.
- Foster teamwork and maintain productive communication across multidisciplinary teams and senior management.
- Utilize MS Office, MS Project, and SAP tools for effective project tracking and reporting.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of comprehensive experience in infrastructure design and project engineering.
- At least 4 years in a discipline engineer role covering design, construction, and commissioning.
- Proven project management skills with experience managing full project lifecycles.
- International experience preferred, with sensitivity to multicultural environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with senior leadership.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and SAP.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Engineering or related field from an internationally recognized institution.
