Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and benchmark key performance indicators for LNG sales gas and DPSA operators.
- Implement QatarEnergy’s Asset Management framework to enhance product yields, energy efficiency, and facility reliability.
- Collaborate with Operating Companies (OpCos) to identify and execute performance improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate budgets and business plans to recommend cost optimization strategies.
- Lead audits and review development proposals ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Promote sustainability, HSSE improvements, and operational excellence across assets.
- Mentor and train staff to support Qatarization and knowledge transfer.
- Champion continuous improvement and standardization across joint ventures.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years in oil & gas or downstream industries.
- At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in LNG plant operations or engineering.
- Deep technical expertise in process engineering including concept selection, process safety, process design & integration, and operations support.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience driving asset management strategies and cost optimization.
- Familiarity with sustainability and HSSE best practices.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in process engineering or related disciplines are advantageous.
