Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze operational performance of GTL assets managed by PSA and JV operators.
- Identify deficiencies and lead efforts to implement action plans improving product yields, energy efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Drive improvements in facility integrity, reliability, and availability.
- Support the Asset Manager in daily governance and decision-making.
- Analyze performance data and engage with internal and external stakeholders to align asset management strategies.
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards, codes, and process safety guidelines.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in oil and gas or downstream industries.
- At least 7 years of specialized experience in GTL plant operations.
- Expertise in process engineering, including concept selection, process design, integration, and safety.
- Proven ability to apply engineering standards and codes relevant to process engineering.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in process engineering or related fields are a plus.
