Key Responsibilities
As a Business Process Analyst at Halliburton, your responsibilities include:
- Developing, implementing, and sustaining efficient supply chain business processes under general supervision.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop business cases for process improvements.
- Analyzing company spend, market data, and supply chain activities to uncover savings opportunities.
- Utilizing process mining tools like Celonis to identify and recommend process optimization strategies.
- Providing analytical support during sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and purchase evaluations.
- Monitoring workflow risks and supporting supplier and BPO partner performance reviews.
- Building and enhancing data visualization tools using SAP, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense, and Tableau to improve reporting and insights.
- Acting as a liaison between supply chain business units and IT teams to ensure seamless application functionality.
- Leading training sessions and supporting users to ensure compliance with new business processes.
- Driving business process change initiatives, ensuring scope control, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes.
- Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, and SQL for data extraction and process automation.
- Experience with process mining platforms like Celonis for identifying improvement areas.
- Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik Sense.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Solid knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage projects and drive change management initiatives effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Technical, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in supply chain analysis or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with supply chain software and analytics tools.
- Experience in project management and business process re-engineering is a plus.
- Knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
