Key Responsibilities
- Perform installations, pulls, checks, and troubleshooting of Artificial Lift (AL) systems on well sites.
- Provide expert instruction and technical support to customers on proper handling and operation of artificial lift equipment.
- Conduct well production analysis and repair AL equipment, understanding the impact of specific well conditions on pump performance.
- Test, splice, and repair electrical cables related to artificial lift systems.
- Assist with service center operations, including preparation of IFTA reports, billable/non-billable hours, and mileage documentation.
- Train, mentor, and coach new hires and junior technicians on artificial lift operations and safety protocols.
- Promote and adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines on site.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in artificial lift operations or related field.
- Strong understanding of artificial lift systems and well production dynamics.
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Effective reading comprehension and writing skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical cables associated with AL equipment.
- Commitment to safety and environmental procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience mentoring or training junior technicians.
- Familiarity with IFTA reporting and service center operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
