Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate responses to a wide range of HR inquiries within the HR Service Center.
- Utilize HR knowledge bases, policy manuals, documented procedures, and databases to resolve employee questions via telephone, voicemail, or email.
- Escalate complex HR issues requiring specialized expertise to the appropriate resources efficiently.
- Receive, process, and maintain data integrity for moderate to complex personnel actions in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Track and document all customer contacts, ensuring follow-up for complete and satisfactory resolution.
- Act as the first point of contact for most HR administrative concerns, delivering excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and support colleagues as needed to maintain smooth HR operations.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a customer service-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and personnel action workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage customer inquiries efficiently.
- Proficient with HRIS systems and MS Office tools.
