Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all scaffolding activities on the Ruwais onshore site.
- Ensure scaffolding work complies with ADNOC safety policies and international standards.
- Monitor scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling to guarantee structural integrity.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams, engineers, and contractors to align scaffolding plans with project schedules.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments of scaffolding structures.
- Maintain accurate scaffolding records, reports, and documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and training to scaffolding crew members.
- Ensure timely procurement and proper handling of scaffolding materials and equipment.

Qualifications
