Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Engineer in Maintenance at Al Dhafra Petroleum, you will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
- Lead and supervise maintenance teams, ensuring effective coordination and technical guidance.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

- Strong expertise in maintenance engineering within the oil and gas or petroleum industry.

Qualifications

- Certifications in maintenance management, reliability engineering, or HSE are advantageous.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Work Environment & Physical Effort
- Primarily office-based with visits to operational sites in Abu Dhabi.
- Exposure to typical site conditions, including heat and outdoor elements during site inspections.
