Key Responsibilities
1. Collection Strategy & Execution
- Achieve EMI and penalty recovery targets for 2W/3W loan portfolios.
- Monitor collection schedules and ensure timely customer follow-ups.
- Reposition vehicles and close accounts with settlements where necessary.
- Implement effective communication techniques to improve collections.
2. Vendor & Field Officer (FOS) Management
- Appoint and onboard collection vendors.
- Train vendors and their teams on collection procedures and compliance.
- Monitor FOS activities and validate in-field collections.
- Ensure timely vendor payouts and field collections are deposited correctly.
3. SOP Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure all recovery processes comply with organizational SOPs.
- Analyze customer feedback to enhance collection methods.
- Train internal teams regularly on recovery best practices and legal protocols.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
- Conduct reviews and align key stakeholders with collection goals.
- Adjust recovery priorities based on business strategy and stakeholder input.
5. Team Leadership & Development
- Participate in hiring and grooming high-performing team members.
- Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and career growth guidance.
- Set clear team goals and foster a collaborative and motivated work culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred in finance or business management).
Experience:
- 8–10 years of work experience in financial services, specifically in two-wheeler or three-wheeler loan recoveries.
- Prior team management experience is essential.
