Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Solution Design & Implementation
- Lead Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud, and Industry Cloud implementations.
- Customize and configure Salesforce solutions leveraging Lightning Experience and Force.com platform.
- Design and develop project deliverables including requirement documents, system design, use cases, test plans, and training manuals.
- Conduct design workshops, client demos, and development sprints ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues as needed.
Client Management & Team Leadership
- Build and maintain positive client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on Salesforce technology and business processes.
- Lead and mentor multi-member teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.
- Drive best practices adoption for Salesforce implementation and optimize process efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
Innovation & Industry Awareness
- Stay updated on emerging Salesforce trends, cloud technologies, and industry best practices.
- Apply knowledge of global market trends and emerging technologies to enhance client deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in client Salesforce environments.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field from a premier institute.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Salesforce consulting, implementation, and client management.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, and platform customizations.
- Strong knowledge of Lightning, integration techniques, and project implementation methodologies.
- Experience managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations in India or globally.
- Familiarity with Heroku, e-commerce platforms, and additional Salesforce Industry Clouds is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel for short or long-term client engagements as required.
