Key Responsibilities
Oracle Finance Module Expertise
- Lead and manage Oracle EBS R12.x Finance module implementations and upgrades.
- Handle core finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Cost Management.
- Ensure compliance and management of Taxation processes such as GST, VAT, Withholding Tax, and TDS within Oracle Financials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize Oracle finance processes.
- Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and provide solutions to complex financial transaction issues.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reconciliations.
Leadership & Project Management
- Lead Oracle finance module projects, driving high-quality deliverables within defined timelines.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
- Communicate with stakeholders to align Oracle finance solutions with business objectives.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 to 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.x Finance modules.
- Deep expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Cost Management.
- Strong understanding of Indian taxation, including GST, VAT, Withholding Tax (TDS) compliance within Oracle.
- Proven leadership experience managing Oracle finance implementation or support projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
