Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Dell Boomi, and BIB Replication.
  • Support, monitor, and enhance middleware interfaces to ensure seamless data flow between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA HCM modules.
  • Perform interface mapping, data transformations, troubleshooting, and incident resolution related to integration flows.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and Application Management Services (AMS) teams to support daily operations and manage ticketing systems.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for integration issues.
  • Assist with cross-module testing, including integration and regression testing, during rollouts and updates.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and internal documentation to improve team capabilities and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors integration, with expertise in:
    • SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) – Mandatory
    • Dell Boomi Integration Platform – Preferred
    • Business Integration Builder (BIB) Replication – Preferred
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA HCM data models.
  • Proficiency in middleware troubleshooting, payload analysis, and interface management.
  • Experience with API management, XML, JSON data handling.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and coordination abilities.
  • SAP Integration Suite or SuccessFactors certification is a plus.

Location & Work Model

  • Base Location: Bhubaneswar CEC, PAN India with occasional client travel as required.
  • Work Mode: Full-time, onsite (5 days per week).
