Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP PP (Production Planning) implementation projects.
- Collaborate directly with global clients in a client-facing role to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Integrate SAP PP with related modules like SAP QM (Quality Management), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and CO (Controlling).
- Provide expert consultancy on SAP PP/PI (Production Integration) processes and configurations.
- Support detailed scheduling, production planning, and quality management initiatives to optimize client operations.
- Deliver high-quality project deliverables by managing timelines, risks, and client expectations.
- Participate in workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in SAP enterprise technology solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 years of SAP PP functional experience with 2-3 full lifecycle end-to-end SAP PP implementation projects.
- Proven hands-on expertise in Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of SAP PP-PI (Process Integration) and SAP QM modules.
- Experience working directly with global clients in consulting or implementation projects.
- Integration understanding with SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP CO modules.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel flexibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field from a premier institute.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Agile mindset with ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
- Experience with SAP solution architecture and enterprise technology best practices.
