Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate AWS data center infrastructure including rack installation, server maintenance, hardware break-fix, and network troubleshooting.
- Act as primary contact for internal teams (Network, Systems, Software Engineers) and external partners (vendors, contractors, service providers).
- Manage and resolve trouble tickets through a structured workflow ensuring high SLA compliance.
- Participate in on-call rotations and scheduled maintenance for seamless 24×7 data center operations.
- Follow strict safety and security protocols relevant to the data center environment.
- Document root cause analyses and contribute to ongoing process and operational improvements.
- Support team goals through active participation in meetings, reporting, and training junior staff.
- Maintain site cleanliness and organization, ensuring operational areas are safe and efficient.
- Handle physical tasks like lifting and racking equipment up to 20 kg, and working in confined or elevated spaces.
Skills & Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in data center operations or related technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of server hardware components and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Proficiency with fiber optic and copper cabling standards and testing equipment.
- Ability to work rotating 24×7 shifts and perform physically demanding tasks safely.

- Experience in colocation or hyperscale data center facilities.
