Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage SAP ABAP support projects, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Develop, debug, and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW).
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and provide effective SAP ABAP solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of SAP system issues in support environments.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and transports related to SAP ABAP objects.
- Document technical specifications, changes, and support activities for audit and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with Deloitte’s SAP support best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience working as an SAP ABAP Consultant with a focus on support and maintenance projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with SAP support lifecycle, incident management, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SAP tools such as SAP Solution Manager or equivalent for support tracking.
- Good communication skills to liaise with technical and functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
