Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Form 3CEB and comprehensive transfer pricing documentation to ensure compliance.
• Lead submissions, appeals, and interact regularly with clients to understand their transfer pricing needs.
• Supervise a team handling transfer pricing compliance and litigation.
• Review Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP) submissions and ITAT paper books to strategize case approaches.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to Transfer Pricing Officer (TPO) queries.
• Draft and present service fee proposals for clients.
• Support business development by assisting in pitches and cross-selling transfer pricing services.
• Foster strong relationships with local tax authorities to facilitate smooth compliance processes.
• Summarize tribunal rulings for internal teams and clients.
• Advise clients on transfer pricing applicability to domestic transactions.
• Assist in Advance Pricing Agreements (APA) assignments.
• Implement best practices to optimize team performance and service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), or MBA with Finance specialization.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in transfer pricing advisory or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clarity in technical concepts.
• Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership potential with ability to manage teams and engage stakeholders.
• Persistent, persuasive, and client-focused approach.

Location & Work Environment

• Base office at One International Center, Prabhadevi, Mumbai.
• Hybrid work model balancing remote work and office presence.
