Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple complex Oracle consulting engagements and large-scale programs to successful completion.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with C-suite and senior client stakeholders.
- Develop and implement business development strategies, including proposal writing and client presentations.
- Mentor and guide senior managers and associate directors, fostering leadership growth.
- Collaborate with Deloitte partners and executive leadership to promote innovation and practice expansion.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations that align with client business objectives.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
- Ensure adherence to Deloitte’s quality standards, risk policies, and governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in consulting, specifically in Oracle program or product management.
- Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
- Exceptional client management, business development, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Deep domain knowledge in Oracle technology, enterprise strategy, operations, or related fields.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
- Demonstrated track record in revenue growth and client portfolio expansion.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience working within global, matrixed organizations is advantageous.
