Role Overview
As a Director – Oracle Program and Product Management at Deloitte India (Bangalore), you will:
- Shape digital strategy and Oracle transformation roadmaps for enterprise clients.
- Oversee large-scale, cross-functional Oracle implementation programs (ERP, EPM, HCM, and Cloud).
- Drive revenue generation by owning end-to-end delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with C-level stakeholders, Deloitte partners, and global teams.
- Spearhead thought leadership initiatives and go-to-market strategies for Oracle solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple, complex Oracle transformation programs across industries.
- Build long-term relationships with senior client executives, including CIOs and CFOs.
- Identify and convert business development opportunities aligned with Oracle services.
- Mentor and guide senior managers, associate directors, and Oracle delivery teams.
- Ensure high-quality delivery, risk mitigation, and client value realization.
- Manage financials: project budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and profitability.
- Contribute to internal practice development, IP creation, and market positioning.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise program delivery.
- Strong track record in leading Oracle Cloud or on-premise ERP/EPM/HCM programs.
- Proven business development and account growth capabilities.
- Deep domain knowledge in areas like strategy, tech transformation, or human capital.
- Advanced interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
- Recognized thought leader in the Oracle ecosystem.
- Familiarity with global consulting environments or matrixed organizations.
