Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, configuration, and deployment of D365 F&O technical solutions.
- Develop robust end-to-end implementations using X++, MorphX, and advanced customization techniques.
- Build and review high-level technical designs, conduct code reviews, and strategize deployment procedures.
- Integrate D365 with other Microsoft platforms such as C#, .NET, Power BI, Azure Data Lake, and utilize tools like LCS, DevOps, and BPM/RSAT.
- Independently engage with clients—understand requirements, scope technical solutions, and estimate efforts.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to cross-functional team success.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Deep hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including multiple end-to-end implementations.
- Advanced proficiency in X++, MorphX, and Microsoft technology stack such as C#, .NET.
- Familiarity with the broader Microsoft ecosystem: LCS, DevOps, Power BI, and Azure tools.
- Strong technical leadership, client-management, and team coordination skills.
- Proven organizational discipline and project delivery in consulting environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (B.Tech / MCA) in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degrees a plus.
- 4+ years in software development with at least 3 years in Dynamics 365 F&O, preferably in a technical lead capacity.
- Experience in the consulting industry is preferred.
- Readiness to travel as needed.
