🎯 Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager – Analytics & AI Services, your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing Propel projects under the ADMS (Application Development & Management Services) model.
• Designing and delivering AI and analytics solutions aligned to client business needs.
• Driving operational excellence and innovation within engineering-as-a-service engagements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
• Supervising technical teams and mentoring junior analysts and engineers.
• Creating and reviewing project plans, dashboards, and client deliverables.
• Identifying and resolving project roadblocks proactively to ensure seamless delivery.

🧩 Required Skills

• 6–9 years of professional experience in analytics, data engineering, or AI-driven technology services.
• Proven track record managing data or analytics projects in a Propel/Operate delivery model.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, ETL tools, and AI/ML frameworks.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable analytics solutions.
• Proficient in project management tools, client communication, and stakeholder engagement.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Certifications in cloud technologies, AI/ML, or analytics platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with Deloitte’s Propel framework or similar delivery methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
