🧩 Key Responsibilities

As a Manager – SAP PP & QM at Deloitte Kolkata, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end SAP PP and SAP QM implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
• Configuring and optimizing:
  • Production Planning (PP): MRP, Routing, Work Centers, Capacity Planning, Production Orders.
  • Quality Management (QM): Inspection Plans, Notifications, Results Recording, Certificates.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, WM, PM) to ensure seamless integration.
• Gathering business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and designing solutions.
• Providing hands-on support during UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases.
• Preparing detailed functional specifications and coordinating with the ABAP team for custom developments.
• Troubleshooting live production issues and resolving them within SLAs.
• Supporting and managing master data (materials, BOMs, routings).
• Creating end-user training materials and conducting workshops.
• Driving continuous improvement and staying updated on the latest SAP S/4HANA PPQM innovations.

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

✅ Technical & Functional Expertise:

• 10–12 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and SAP QM modules.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments preferred.
• Proficient in integration with MM, SD, WM, PM.
• Working knowledge of SAP reporting, troubleshooting, and configuration.

✅ Consulting & Communication:

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent documentation, training, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• SAP certifications in PP and/or QM modules are a plus.
• Experience in consulting environments (5–11 years preferred).
• Willingness to travel for project-based assignments (domestic or international).
• Strong communication skills (English – written and verbal).
