Deloitte India is hiring a Legal Review Analyst – Delivery Excellence in Delhi to support legal and contract management processes across its national advisory teams. This entry-level legal analyst role at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP is ideal for recent law graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in reviewing contracts, drafting legal clauses, and managing legal documentation.

As part of the NAT: Delivery Excellence – Legal Review team, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to diverse agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and more, while developing essential legal and compliance skills in a high-performing professional services environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As a Legal Review Analyst at Deloitte India, your core responsibilities will include:

📄 Contract Review & Drafting

• Review various contractual documents including MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, license agreements, JV agreements, and subcontractor contracts.
• Identify and analyze contractual risk, liability clauses, and legal provisions.
• Modify client-provided contracts and propose language based on Deloitte templates and business needs.

🧾 Legal Risk & Compliance

• Collaborate with business teams to assess legal risks and develop Risk Mitigation Plans.
• Track key contractual commitments and flag any compliance concerns.
• Conduct legal research on recent legal developments, judgments, and regulatory changes.

📈 Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Draft executive summaries, highlight exceptions, and prepare key-point summaries of pre- and post-executed contracts.
• Liaise with client legal/business teams for negotiation and clarification of legal provisions.
• Maintain communication with internal stakeholders to ensure contractual terms are aligned with Deloitte policies.

🏛️ Legal Support & Training

• Support contract close-out procedures and manage documentation for internal audits.
• Conduct internal training on contract management processes for new joiners.
• Maintain and update standard contract templates as per policy changes.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

✅ Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in contract review, legal drafting, or legal documentation.
• Excellent command of written and verbal English.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.

💡 Preferred:

• Exposure to reviewing IT services agreements or contracts in a professional services or Big 4 environment.
• Basic knowledge of Indian Contract Law and arbitration/legal dispute mechanisms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and legal research databases.
