- Independently manage project tasks and guide consultants and analysts on workforce rewards initiatives.
- Lead and support the design and implementation of compensation, benefits, and incentive programs aligned with client business goals.
- Develop high-quality deliverables and presentations that address client needs and exceed expectations.

💡 Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits program design, incentive management, and performance management.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and visualization tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking and structured problem-solving approaches.
- Bachelor’s degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Master’s Degree from a Tier 1 institute.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional client site visits in Mumbai.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience leading small project teams under guidance.
